OUR TV SERVICE WILL ALSO WORK WITH OTHER IPTV PLAYER APPS TO YOUR CHOOSING, WE WILL PROVIDE ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO ACCESS OUR SERVERS.

FOR NON FIRESTICK USERS - YOU CAN STILL FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW BUT PICTURES AND OPTIONS MAY LOOK DIFFERENT ON YOUR DEVICE.

Follow Steps Below To Install The Tekiptv App To A Firestick OR ANDROID DEVICE:
(TO INSTALL DIRECTLY ON SONY TVS, USE GOOGLE PLAYSTORE APP TO FIND THE "DOWLOADER" APP AND SKIP TO STEP B)

STEP A: INSTALLING AND SETTING UP THE "DOWNLOADER" APP
(IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THE DOWNLOADER APP INSTALLED AND DEVELOPER OPTION TURNED ON , SKIP TO STEP B)

1 -Search For Downloader App
From your firestick home screen, Use the search option, and search for "Downloader". Download and Install App
2 - Turning on Developer Option
After you installed the Downloader App, Press the Home button on your remote. Then go to the settings option tab and select "My Fire TV"
3- Select "About" option
Press "About" option
4 - Press " Fire Tv Stick" (Or 1st option on screen)
Press the Enter button on your remote multiple times, until the message at the bottom of the screen tells you to stop.
5- Developer Options
Press the "Back/Return" button on your remote and you'll see a new option appear that says "Developer Options"
6- Install Unknown Apps Option
Select the tab " Install Unknown Apps"
7- Turn Downloader ON
Change the Downloader option to ON. Then press the Home Button on your remote and proceed to Step B

STEP B:
Installing TEKIPTV Player App
IF APP DOES NOT OPEN AFTER INSTALL, RESTART FIRESTICK / DEVICE
If you have previously installed the TIVIMATE APP, you MUST DELETE that app 1st before installing this app.

1- Downloader App
Open the Downloader App from Step A. If you cannot find it (From the Home Screen, press the down button until you find "Recently Used Apps"
2- Downloader Code "720539"
In the URL bar, enter the numbers "720539". Press enter and wait for app to download.
3- Install App
Select the option to install App
4- Open Tekiptv App
After install is complete, open app "TEKIPTV"- then select ADD PLAYLIST (If app does not open, restart your firestick)
5- Select your playlist
Select the Playlist to add (Tek-Utopia or Tek2-Alternate)
6- Log In
Use the information you received from sales@tek-utopia.com. Enter your username and password. "Leave the bottom options checked"
7- Wait For The Processing To Finish
Wait for system to process then press done. If process fails, check your details to make sure its correct. If using a VPN - TURN IT OFF
8- Install is complete
You may use the navigation buttons to move around or the back/return button the navigate the categories
9- Main Menu
The Main Menu is to the left. For directions to add an additional playlist continue to STEP C. For tips please continue to next picture.
10- Saving Channel Favorites
Highlight the channel, Then press the Menu button on your remote ( Button with 3 lines) then chose add to favorites option.
11- Movie Sorting
Select the Movies tab. Navigate to the top right you'll see an options tap. (3 lines)
11a- Sorting
Change option to "sort by date added" This will rearrange the listings so the newest movies added will be in the front.

*PLEASE NOTE THE DVR FUNCTION ONLY RECORDS TO THE DEVICE THAT YOU ARE USING. (MOST FIRESTICKS DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF MEMORY TO SAVE ANY SHOWS. AN ADDITIONAL USB DRIVE MAY BE REQUIRED TO RECORD) WE DO NOT RECOMMEND RECORDING AT ALL.
APP TIPS:
To Add Favorites - Highlight the desired channel, movie, or show then press the Menu button on your firestick remote (3 lines). You'll see the option to "ADD favorites".
Movies And Tv Series are Saved To "MY LIST"

STEP C:
HOW TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL SERVER /PLAYLIST TO YOUR DEVICE

1- SETTINGS OPTION IN TEKIPTV APP
From the Main Menu . Select the settings option.
2- PLAYLISTS
Select the PLAYLIST option
3- Add Playlist
Select the ADD PLAYLIST option
4- SELECT THE SERVER
Select the SERVER you're attempting to add.
5- Enter Username and Password - PASSWORD IS CASE SENSITIVE
Enter you login information that was provided.
7- Wait For The Processing To Finish
Wait for system to process then press done. If process fails, check your details to make sure its correct. If using a VPN - TURN IT OFF
7- Finding the server
The server added will be shown below or sometimes above your current server.
